Intake Kit — Toyota GR Yaris GXPA16

Intake temperature significantly affects engine output. High-temperature intake air can cause power loss and trigger the engine check lamp. The air cleaner box is enclosed to reduce hot air intake. Through prototyping suction pipes of different diameters and shapes, the optimal layout was found to increase both power and torque across the entire range from low to high RPM. It is an intake system with good throttle response and a powerful feel.

An acrylic window is provided on the air cleaner box lid, allowing inspection of the cleaner's condition without opening the lid.

A dry-type air cleaner (A'PEX Power Intake), which has minimal adverse effect on the air flow meter, is used.
