Description
This is a 19-inch aluminum wheel co-developed with "BBS," a partner brand of the Nürburgring 24-hour endurance race.
Unlike conventional casting, which involves pouring molten aluminum into a mold, this product adopts a forging method. In this process, a material called a billet is heated to approximately 450°C and pressed into a mold under pressure exceeding 4 tons (4000 kg) per square centimeter.
This results in a denser metal structure, creating a high-performance wheel that ensures strength without increasing weight. (Weight: approx. 11 kg per wheel)
