Isn't it only advanced users who mainly do circuit driving that enjoy circuit driving?
Aren't height-adjustable kits costing several hundred thousand yen too expensive for intermediate users or those considering starting?
Height-adjustable kits are stiff and can be harsh for daily driving or travel, and there are times when you might have elderly or small children as passengers, right?
Trying circuit driving with commercially available normal shape shock absorbers and springs installed, the spring rate is low, resulting in significant body roll—far from fun, it's scary!
From there, development began on higher-rate springs matched to the existing shock absorbers.
For the shock absorbers, we chose the normal shape lowering shock absorber [KYB Lowfer Sport].
Considering ride comfort, several prototype springs with different rates were made. After checking ride height and comfort, they were taken to the circuit for repeated driving tests.
