Description
What Rail envisions for car building is to maximize the vehicle's latent potential. The foundation for this is the original suspension co-developed with KYB as part of the Beatrush product line. It consists of a chassis setup that reliably transmits the car's power to the road, allowing for confident, aggressive driving even with early throttle application, and body rigidity that firmly supports the suspension's movement to unleash 100% of its performance. By fusing these two elements, we draw out the car's inherent potential.
We aim to be a manufacturer that can provide support which brings out the yet-untapped capabilities within an owner's beloved car, making the driver smile with the realization that their car can still run, and they want to drive it even more—that their car is the best.
Rail's suspension development has been conducted jointly with KYB, starting from the second-previous generation ZC31S Swift Sport. For the new ZC33S Swift Sport, the settings were conceived based on accumulated data to deliver peak performance during time attacks. It has been finished to a level that Rail can confidently recommend as a suspension for the ZC33S Swift Sport.

■ DLC Processing (FRONT Ram Cylinder section, REAR Piston Rod section)
Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) processing is an ultra-thin carbon surface coating treatment that significantly improves low friction, ultra-hardness, wear resistance, and anti-seizing properties. It enables supple and responsive driving.
■ Regarding Shock Absorber Overhaul
Overhaul refers to the inspection, adjustment, and replacement (mainly of wear parts) of component parts, allowing restoration to original performance.
