Production in Germany has been delayed from the initially planned autumn 2025, and arrival in Japan is now expected to be after January 2026. We humbly ask customers waiting for this item for their continued patience and offer our deepest apologies once again.
This is a Bilstein-manufactured damper kit tuned for the domestic market WRX STI, incorporating the suspension development concept of the North America-exclusive complete car S209. It is a kit for one vehicle consisting of 1 strut front RH, 1 strut front LH, and 2 shock absorbers rear.
This damper kit optimally tunes the damping force characteristics on both the extension and compression sides, enhancing four-wheel traction and effectively utilizing the tires to achieve both enjoyable cornering and ride comfort.
Even with stiffer sports tires, it makes it easier to grip the road surface, suppresses inner wheel lift during cornering to enhance traction, and allows effective use of all four wheels. When used in conjunction with the recommended springs, the setting allows effective use of not only the suspension but also the tire's cushioning, preventing the ride from becoming excessively harsh.
*This damper kit is tuned on the premise of being used as a set with 2 STI coil springs front [ST20330VV000] and 2 STI coil springs rear [ST20380VV010] in addition to the damper kit itself. Please be sure to use it as a set with the above coil springs.
*When used on vehicles of Type A to Type C, replacement of the rear stabilizer is required. Please purchase separately the SUBARU genuine replacement parts: Rear Stabilizer φ19 [20451FG020] and 2 Rear Stabilizer Bushings φ19 [20464FG020].
*There are non-reusable parts during installation of the damper kit and replacement of the rear stabilizer. Please refer to the Service Manual issued by SUBARU Co., Ltd. and use the Subaru genuine specified parts listed in the separate table.
As non-reusable parts are SUBARU genuine parts, they may be changed without prior notice. When purchasing parts, please confirm the latest applicable part number for the vehicle to be equipped in advance.
