Front Pillow Ball Top Mount

The camber-adjustable top mount allows adjustment of the camber angle by moving the bearing position. This requires a large elongated hole in the top mount plate for the bearing's movement range. However, depending on driving conditions, the load transmitted from the damper can become several times the axle weight as a large external force centered on the top mount bearing, causing conventional products to deform as if the top mount plate's elongated hole for camber adjustment is peeling. The Beatrush Pillow Ball Top Mount addresses this weakness of camber-adjustable types by doubling the plate thickness compared to conventional products (varies by vehicle model) and machining only the mounting area to the vehicle body, preventing the bearing position from lowering and reducing damper stroke.

Bearing case, pillow ball nut, and pillow ball collar are manufactured from tough carbon steel (S45C) using high-precision CNC lathe machining. The pillow ball collar is used inserted into the bearing, similar to the pillow ball nut.
